Laundry Egg Fragrance Free 210 Loads

Started using these in England, and they're great, wonderful for sensitive and baby skin, much less to carry (versus heavy detergent full of chemicals), and fragrance free if you want. They do offer fragrances as well, but with asthma I shy away from it. Everything is clean with no residue left behind like some detergents I've tried, and it's a great alternative! Every now and then (6 months or so, depending on how much you wash obviously) you open the egg up and put in a new packet of detergent 'beads' - little spheres of basically Borax, and you're good to go for ages more. Something about the tourmaline spheres and the Borax lifts dirt out in the wash, their website probably tells you exactly how. All I know is with an infant in cloth diapers and all our household laundry this genius little device was/is a godsend. Bought one for my Mom as well, and she throws in some scented fabric softener as she likes the perfumed bed linens. We both couldn't be happier with it, and it's good to know there's no need for her to lug heavy detergent downstairs anymore. I don't know why I hadn't heard of these things years ago!!! Definitely recommend to everyone. (And no, I don't work for them, just really love this thing)

Read the mixed reviews but since I need fragrance free detergent decided to give it a try. Honestly did not expect it to work; but it does! I don't know exactly how its possible; but my clothes, towels and even the dirty cleaning rags at the end of week come clean. I do use washer balls, an eco bleach and white vinegar for softener, but when I very first tried the egg, did not use any of that. Even my husbands smelly workout clothes came out fresh and clean. As for the suds "issue" that people complain about, a lot of natural shampoo/soaps do not suds up. Manufacturer Additives cause the suds these days just to make people comfortable. But for my family at least, it has worked very well.

Seems to work pretty good.I use it, along with baking soda to wash pet bedding for a dog with what seems to be every allergy known to man. I appreciate that her stuff comes out clean and with no scent.It asked for a 'scent' rating, but since I bought the unscented, I left that clear.I CAN say that there is no scent with the 'unscented' and I DO like that.I've tested this one against a different brand of the same type of washing system (Bought from Amazon) and can say that they both perform pretty much the same, with the other option costing about 10 dollars less for the same amount of washes.

I have a front loading washer that tends to get "stale" and so I really had to clean it well and get the smell out of it before I could tell if the laundry egg was working. Part of the problem with regular detergent is that it builds up and makes washers not clean as well. I have tested this with notably dirty items with dirt or food on them and they do come out clean. My kids' basketball shorts and other items of that strange synthetic fabric seemed to get the mildew smell from the washer more often than other items and now they come out without that smell. I don't think it would work as well if I were using it in a washer that had detergent residue, however, so it might not be good for laundromat use or shared machines.

I LOVE both of my eco eggs. I was accidently sent a scented eco egg and after getting in touch with customer service I was immediately answered and the correct egg sent out. They never asked for the scented one back so I've been using them both. My husband has sensitive e skin and we've just started using a miniature/portable washer. I use 1/8 of a cup of distiled vineger and the eco egg. Cleans my clothes and my husband's perfectly. He cleans toilets so you can imagine how gross his clothes get and the eco egg handles is all so far.

It does a great job but the pellets are wearing down very quickly

I have severe allergies and even though there are CLEAR laundry detergents, this is easy. Does a bang up job getting our clothes clean without fragrance. I’m on my second one. The first one lasted about 6 years. Much less expensive that other things for your washer.

OMG I love it! Just fill it with pellets, close and lock it, and toss it in with each load. Clothes are clean that just smell like clean laundry. I love how easy, effective, cost saving, and environmentally friendly this is. It is made of sturdy plastic but so much less plastic than multiple bottles through out a year. I expect this egg to last for years with only yearly replacement of pellets.

No scent which is good for allergies

I like this particularly because it is fragrance free which is essential for me. The other advantages of it being all in one washing powder/softener and no skin irritants is also brilliant. It's eco friendly for washing at temperature 40 degrees, as well as no surfactants in waste water. The only thing to be aware of is that some biological stains such as blood/ curry etc will need pre soaking for complete removal but I can live with those few occasions which are far outweighed by the advantages cited above. I have been using these "eggs" for a few years now and have family and friends happily converted too!

Ich habe das Ei nach der Empfehlung einer Freundin gekauft und bin sehr zufrieden.Wer keinen intensiven Duft mag oder braucht sollte es sich zulegen! Ich Wasche nun seit Monaten mit dem Ei und kann mich nicht wirklich beklagen.. Perfekt für leicht verschmutzte 30 grad Wäsche! Ich füge noch essig als Weichspüler und ätherische Öle für den Duft hinzu und finds toll. Auch die 60grad Wäsche waschen Ich damit. An manchen Tagen habe ich das Gefühl dass etwas fehlt aber es fehlt ja eigentlich nix 😅

Pleasantly surprised by how good the egg performs.No odour despite being scent free. But I do have new top load washer.
