Does the job.
With smoke from Quebec continuing to blow south, and with online sites giving varying AQI numbers for my location, I wanted a monitor that could tell me the air quality right where I happen to be. This one seems to do it. The accompanying instructions leave a little to be desired, but with a bit of trial and error the unit isn't hard to figure out.

Accurate if you know what you’re looking at.
It can tell you the size of the particles and how many but it doesn’t tell you if there are mold, spores, dust, pollen, etc. so unless you know the source the number is not going to help you. If you know the source I’m sure it will be a great benefit to you.

Stabilizes after power-on in about 1-2 min
Good unit. Can detect how much my cat's litter smells, since i cannot smell it, living around it. Proof to my landlord ive got the ammonia problem reduced now! Measurements of gas PPM doesn't lie!
