I’ve been struggling with plantar fasciitis for months, and these inserts have been a game changer. From the first day, I noticed less heel pain when walking and standing. The arch support is firm without feeling uncomfortable, and the cushioning in the heel really absorbs shock. I can finally get through a full day without limping by evening. The inserts fit easily into my sneakers and work well in my work shoes too. They did feel a little stiff the first couple of days, but once my feet adjusted, the support felt natural. I also appreciate that they don’t slide around inside my shoes. If you’re dealing with plantar fasciitis, these inserts are absolutely worth trying. They don’t “cure” it overnight, but they make daily life so much easier and more comfortable.

These insoles are amazing. I am a big man, 350lb 6'4. I am in law enforcement and i use these in my duty boots as well as personal use. highly recommend. I have bought multiple sets and have them in everything wear. Price point is awesome for the high quality. Pain relief is amazing, easy to use and install, perfect thickness does not obstruct fit.

Perfect fit in my work boots. Just know that once you use them you will need them as long as you have the same boots. They do cause your boots to stretch

I'm continually impressed with these insoles! They fit great, are easily customized to my shoe, they offer much more support (functionality) than what comes in my sneakers, I will only walk with these in my shoes. They feel firm and comfortable in all the right places. I don't run, so can't speak to any harder activity, but I do lots of walking in them and my feet hurt much less with these insoles compared to others. Overall: I'm a big fan. I'm 220 lbs (Down 14, thanks to comfy insoles like these!) and these are the right amount of firmness for me. I definitely recommend them for anyone needing better arch support. I'll definitely buy these again.

So noisy! Too loud!! I'm 300 pounds and everyone could hear me coming because these insoles are like squeaky toys inside my shoes. I thought it was just me, but I gave my other pair (I bought 2) to my son, who is 6'1" and 200 pounds, and his shoes make the same rubber-on-rubber squeaky sound with every step too. The insole is great, but I took them out because they're so annoying to hear with every step.

Very good product I use everyday un my work shoes these last me about 10 months of hard use.

Love these inserts. They always help my feet. Nursing 8hrs+ they do squeak when I put them in my new shoes. But I just put a dryer sheet between them and it works perfectly!

I destroy shoes and insoles quite fast d/t weight and how much I have to run/walk through the day. These have been a game changer. 10/10 would buy again. Had to overlap my shoes insoles and cut down to match size, which is no issue.

I got these to insert into my winter boots to help with plantar fasciitis and they are a dream insert! They provide nice support on the arches and front of heel. The toes were thin (which helps prevent the toes of shoes to be too tight). I am a size 9, went a size up for the inserts and the line up is perfect for my foot. I will absolutely purchase these again and appreciate this product.

I use these in my work boots it stops pain developing. Definitely a great solution i replace and renew them when my workbooks are done.
