Avoid like the plague, after 2 years of usage the floodlight camera will fill up with water. This is a known issue, a basic search online will show many other peope who have this issue. Save your money and shop elsewhere. Waste of time and money.

This is supposed to be an outdoor static sealed CCTV System. I purchased my first one on the 6th of November last year for the front of my house. I liked it so much, I purchased this one for the back.The one the I purchased last year that is supposed to be a sealed outdoor CCTV System, that is IP rated & is sold in the United Kingdom of Great Britain, where all we get in this country is rain 🌧 as got water in it.eufy are saying to me that the camera should be covered, but it's a sealed outdoor IP rated camera & then to top it off, this is the icing on the cake. They will not pay & expect my electrician to work for free to take down their faulty camera & put up the new one, which is called consequential losses & they MUST PAY it under the Consumer Requlations Act 2015.So it's all good, I'll never buy anything from them again & I'll see them infront of a District Judge at Birmingham Civil Justice Centre & sue them + Damages + interest. As my old head masters used to say (rest his sole) "it's as simple as that". 😁😁
