I decided to give these a try, as they were on sale. These are not the best, or the worst Keto bars I have ever had. They are a bit plain in flavor, However, I have figured out that if you put a small layer of organic natural peanut butter on top, (you can add some sweetener of choice into the peanut butter if you have a sweet tooth), then these become actually quite good. So would I recommend? Yes, but only if you don’t have a huge sweet tooth, or want to try my suggestion and use the bars as a basic base to build upon with other ingredients added on top.

I've tried two other keto protein bars, Eva bold and Hilo. This is my third attempt. Love the Eva but wanted more purity. Took a tiny bite, and the flavour was perfect. Hilo flavour was vile. Salted Caramel. Am so pleased to find these. Now if you do a chocolate/orange flavour I will be in heaven.
