There is nothing that I dislike about the product. I have used it on my hair before using a flat iron or curling iron and it has left my hair soft and moisturized.

This product worked really well on my hair and is mostly natural, which I like. It made my hair silky without being greasy and a little goes a long way. It’s lightly scented and smells good too. The biggest complaint I have was the packaging. It arrived shrink wrapped in plastic 😧 which is wasteful and unnecessary given today’s state of the world full of plastic pollution. (If the product were to somehow leak during shipping then it would be wasted product anyway. If the bottle is prone to leaking, then I would suggest making a more secure bottle, especially if one is going to travel with the product. One doesn’t need to fill the world with excess plastic to do it.) So that’s the reason for the 4 stars: excessive packaging presumably because of poor bottle design. I think the company can do better with packaging.
