Q: Is this helpful for arthritis on the knee or low back ?

I don’t think so.. my pain in the back still there for many years.. There’s no magic relief because of a little magnetic ring.

Q: Will these fit a Toe?

They do open up and are not solid all the way around. Copper is soft metal so you can open it a little. I have arthritis and swollen knuckles and manage to get them on. It is easier if the hands are wet or have a lotion on them.

Q: What is the quantity? Is it a package or one or two pieces?

There are two rings in the package. They are nice quality & pretty. I wear mine for arthritis. I wear them every day.

Q: How many rings do you wear the time

I wear copper rings with magnets to help with arthritis. I wear one on each thumb. I have worn them on other fingers but I find the best results is on the thumb for me as my arthritis is in that joint & my index finger.
