This was honestly a God sent and i praise him for that. It has cured many things that were wrong with my body all my life(btw im 26yrs). I have suffered from PMS all my life. I also had anxiety and felling overwhelmed with life. I had low energy (fatigue) through out the day, i had to take a nap to get through my day and even if i did, i didn't feel rested enough. I also had insomnia, digestive issues. I visted so many doctors who mostly diagonised me with depression, low blood cells, low immunity and other things. I took prscribed medications, i also tried candida cleanses, took natural herbs and probiotic (which have helped with digestive issues but not other issues, i still take probiotics) but all the meds didn't help and decided to go off the meds cause my stomach couldn't take it. (I spent thousands of dollars on meds). I honestly made it through my day by the power of God. BUT With this magnesium all my symptoms were gone the next morning of my first pill. Sleep insomnia is gone, fatigue is gone, i have energy, no more brain fogs, no more PMS, no more anxiety or overwhelmed( very calm now). I thank God everyday for this magnesium, i wish i knew of this as a teenager and college years. It would have made my experience studying and learning so much better because i liked learning but fatigue and anxiety were not on my side. This is also a very good quality magnesium, i highly recommend it. Sorry for the long review but i had to share.

Healthy Origins Magnesium Bisglycinate is well absorbed. My fibromyalgia muscular pain has decreased since I started taking this supplement. It can also help with muscle cramps and enhance sleep at night. The tablets are large but worth it for the effect.

These were a great price compared to Bio-Schwartz. Now I know why. Huge pills! I cannot swallow these, and because they are solid pills, I'll have to crush them. Annoying. In the future, I'm sticking with the much-safer-sized Bio-Schwartz Magnesium Bisglycinate.
