You have to take it four or five time a day for the first several days. I wasn’t aware of that. I started having headaches since I’ve started it but I can’t be sure that is what is causing it.

If gym is your weekly routine then this is the creatine for you!!! We all know consistency and motivation is key to our daily gym goals. This particular creatine will give you the best support for that. 3 weeks into and right now starting week 4 I feel a huge difference in my workout. My reps have increased from 10 to 15-18 reps , my fatigue levels are 5x better and stronger where I am lasting longer during repetitions. Strength has increased by an extra 10-15lbs. I would highly recommended it and I will order more!
