Easy to mix creatine. A lot in of creatines I've tried are hard to drink because they I'm don't mix well and are chalky.. this mixes very well and is NSF Sport Certified. Solid product And I will continue to use! No upset stomach. No taste as advertised.

Product As Expected
You have to take it four or five time a day for the first several days. I wasn’t aware of that. I started having headaches since I’ve started it but I can’t be sure that is what is causing it.

Here's The Scoop
I saw a noticeable change in my muscle mass when I started using creatine. I think this helped my size considerably and my performance with lifting. In lifts I didn't feel as fatigued even at higher weight and I could recover more efficiently in between exercises. I usually don't mix this , I just take it to the head and chase it with water or juice.
