Really happy with the product - have tried many neck support pillows & there’s always something off. …to firm, not enough support, incorrect support, etc. This pillow is a softer memory foam & has the right give, and the height of it fits my neck. I love that there’s a support section that juts out in the middle, slightly inclining the pillow from your shoulder up to the neck - full support that conforms to your neck, and is soft with the right amount of support!!

This is a great pillow for travel. Easily fits in my carryon and is so much better than hotel pillows for my neck and shoulder issues. I also use it while lying on my back during yoga. It is not very firm but does the trick for me. I'll definitely get another.

I read many of the reviews before deciding to purchase. This cervical neck pillow arrived in a timely fashion, but when I opened it I was surprised at how much smaller it was than I expected it would be. I know I should have looked at the dimensions, but I forgot. The indentation for your neck is not very noticeable when you look at it but when you lay on it it feels "just right." This is rather firm, but not uncomfortably so. There is a good deal of support which I like. I have been using this for about 5 days now and I sleep with it on top of my wedge pillow. It gives me a little extra rise for my head making it easier to sleep. After the first night, I wasn't sure how well I was going to like it, but now I love it. I've gotten accustomed to it and can't imagine sleeping without it. I feel like Goldy Locks in the story about the 3 bears. This addition to my sleeping regimen is "Just right." The price is reasonable and if necessary, I would purchase again.

Did not realize the size and the pillow was not soft

Looking at the pictures I thought there was an indentation where one's' neck would go, but there's not. The entire pillow is the same height. For me, if it was indented, it would be great. If you sleep flat maybe it's fine. I sleep with a wedge pillow and I feel it makes my head go forward too much.

I’m a lash artist and I bought this to give my clients some neck support and I’m getting such great feedback! Everyone says it’s so comfortable and it feels more luxurious. I love that it’s small enough for my table too! Definitely the perfect amount of squishy yet supportive.

It would be very nice if the foam fit inside the cover better. The foam in mine was much smaller and there was a ton of excess covering and it was too small to even be comfortable. Also, it was sent "shrink wrapped" not good, because it took forever for it to get into shape and I believe it hinders this type of product. Pretty disappointed, I gave it a couple nights sleep to try out and not gonna work. I guess I can use it for laying on the floor while meditating, but nothing more.

The shipping was fast. It was packaged well. It is a good value.When I opened the package I thought what a strange pillow. I slept on it the first night and it was mostly comfortable. I slept on it for about 3 nights before I decided I liked it! I would like to warn you that there is a learning curve with this pillow.I sleep with a cpap and had absolutely no problems. It did not dislodge my mask and make it leak air.I would recommend this to my friends and family.I would rate this product and transaction as an A+++I reordered another pillow for my travel pillow.I finally found a silk pillow case for this pillow! I am one of those weird people that wants a pillow case on my pillow.It is the round neck pillow case. It measures 16"x 9" cervical neck pillow case. I know it does not look like it would fit, but it fits like a glove.
