Good quality for the price
I have had good results at targets with these despite the low price. Varnished shafts and plastic nocks both appreciated, and the points are very firmly attached.

Great arrows, or at least the ones that arrived in okay condition
These babies really fly! I bought them to use on my recurve bow and they feel so much nicer than carbon arrows. My only issue is that a few arrived unusable. The feather fletchings on some of the arrows were destroyed. So I ended up with 3 arrows being unusable.

Impressive at the price. Nicely made, points slightly light.
These are pretty good arrows for the price.I usually make my own arrows, and I haven't used wooden shafts for years. Unless I'm shooting in a category where wooden shafts are mandatory, I generally find carbon to be more consistent.Nevertheless, there are categories where you have to use wooden arrows, so I keep some around. These 30" arrows are spined at 35-60#, which is ideal for me as most of my bows are in the 45-55# area. I have a longbow and several horsebow-style recurves. They are quite stiff (I'll tell you the exact spine once I check them on the club's tester), and better suited to my heavier bows. This is good, as the points are a bit too light - increasing the point weight will reduce the optimum bow draw weight slightly. There is no information about the wood used, but mine are very nicely matched. The grain is fine and tight, more like cedar than pine. The feather fletchings are well applied, and there's a length of clear heat-shrink over the leading edges. This is a very nice touch, and something I do on my own arrows, as it prevents you from the sharp point of the quill if you are shooting off your hand.My arrows were packed a bit tightly so some of the feathers looked a bit scruffy. Holding them over the steam of a kettle fluffed them back up, and they all look really good now. All three feathers are the same - there's no cock to indicate which way to nock the arrow. The nocks do have an indicator on them, and in practice it makes little difference which way you nock them. I often make my own arrows like this, and it doesn't bother me at all.The balance of the arrows is not perfect. With the light points fitted, the arrows are balanced very close to the middle. I prefer mine to be a lot more point forward. Increasing the point weight will bring the arrows closer to my preference. I'm not marking the arrows down for this, as each shooter has their own preference, and the balance might be perfect for someone else.I do recommend these arrows. They are a nice step up from the horrible starter arrows, and are perfectly useable for both target and field archery. At less than £40 for the set, that's £3.34 per arrow. That's considerably less than the price of buying the parts to make your own, and to do that you need a fletching jig.

Great value for money
The set of arrows (12 in total) arrived promptly. The arrows are of surprisingly good quality for the price. They are as described. I shot them today and found they grouped well. They are somewhat stiff, as expected, and came out better from my 55lb longbow than they did from my 45lb one.

Grottenschlecht
