Great cookbook
I attended a cooking demonstration presented by Daniel Orr at Michigan State University. He did one of the best demos I've attended and the food he prepared was outstanding, so I bought both of his cookbooks. They are beautifully put together (I believe Daniel himself did the photography), and the recipes are unusual and delicious. He uses several different spice blends that give his dishes real character. The emphasis is on using fresh, local ingredients. Now I've got to get to Indiana to try out his restaurant.

full of nice reciepes and lots of stories and great pictures from all over the carribean. and drinks too. buy it
