Clip to golf bag, easily portable, great sound, attaches to apple devices
Love this speaker. It's lightweight and portable, and a fun color. I can attach my old iPod and listen to songs at home. I clip it to my golf bag when I'm golfing, and I've taken it with us on vacation or with us to listen to music during our son's games. We've used it a lot and banged it around, and it's stayed in great condition, and the music quality has continued to be great. Would definitely recommend.

Favorite travel speaker hands down
This is my fave irritation of the smaller JBL speakers to date. I love the functionality of having the clip, it’s SUPER light weight and apparently it’s waterproof even though I’m yet to push those limits. It’s very easy to set up with my phone and connects through bluetooth as well as a cord option which is huge. 10/10

Older technology, but I needed a 3.5mm connection. It's JBL!
Better than described. Described as "used, but like new/refurbished". Actually, appears to be only an opened container. I worried that it would have a shorter battery life because of shelf-life on an old model, but it appears to have a healthy battery. Battery is rated at 8 hours playback. I haven't fully drained it yet, but it has played for many hours. Great sound. I needed 3.5mm connectivity. Everything on the market now in these sizes are only bluetooth. The 3.5mm connection is a cord that is wrapped around the body with a male connector on the end. Cord is going to require care to not stress it, but I expected that in a small design. I'm happy.

I liked it
Lasted a few years -- I was hoping for more, but nothing is forever. Worked great while I had it, the clip is quite convenient and while I never rigorously tested their waterproofness they were outside in the elements a lot and held up well to that treatment.

Absolutely love this speaker!
So let me start off by stating this my 2nd speaker of this exact 1, and nothing is wrong with my 1st, I wanted a 2nd once for a couple reasons. I've used this speaker for years and it's done me great. Im super adventurous, take it on hikes, attach it to my bicycle, gone canyon descending with it numerous times. Handles being submerged in water, and splashes no problem. Battery life is great and I live the added aux cord that wraps around it. This speaker can take a beating and still produce. I had a minor scare that after having it submerged for about 20ish minutes. Speaker was acting funny for about 2 weeks, but once I left it alone and all the water drained out I suppose, it started working like new again. Extra bonus that I forgot about is the ability to link more than 1 speaker at a time! Which is why I bought this one. Super excited to see how it works. Absolutely love this speaker again, use it for everything! Works with phone calls also which is a plus. Been a LEAST 5 years since I originally bought my 1st one. Still works great. Always get compliments on the speaker, sure I'll get more now that I can carry 2. Great buy, can't go wrong with it, you'll fall in love with it!

Love it!
After dealing with a few cheap portable speakers, I am so glad I bought the JBL Clip 2. For reference, I've had it for almost two months now.First off, the battery life far exceeds all the other portable speakers in my house, by a lot. It will easily last for hours (around 8 according to the instructions) even with the volume up and it charges very quickly. The bluetooth pairs in like 2 seconds (with both my Moto G5 and my bf's older LG) which is amazing compared to our other speakers (I have trouble connecting with my bf's speaker, and more often than not have had to use the aux cable rather than the bluetooth). We have had no trouble pairing with the JBL or switching between our phones for music. The waterproofing is a delightful bonus. Great for tunes in the shower! I'm very happy with the sound quality as well (it can get pretty loud and you can actually hear some bass in there). The bluetooth range is decent, but I haven't really tested it outside of my apartment. And to add to how great this speaker is: My bf has his own, perfectly functional, speaker but more often than not swipes my little JBL for his use (even when his is right there). Might just be getting him his own soon.

Impressive for the small size!
Ordered 3 of the top travel speakers on Amazon and did a quick rating of them.Victsing (blue)* $19.99* Quieter than JBL Clip slightly at max (matches about 85% of JBL clip at max)* Suction cup* Buttons: next/back track, call/play/pause, poweriFox* $29.99* Quietest - (max is about 70% of JBL clip)* Suction cup* Pretty large and bulkier of the 3* Buttons: next/back track, call, play/pause (separate from call), powerJBL Clip* $38.99* Loudest (pretty impressive)* Slight bass* Clip* About the same size as the 3* AUX cord* Buttons: Sound (up/down), call/play/pause, bluetooth, powerOverall, JBL clip for the win, only by a slight margin. Victsing sound quality was only slightly worse. The iFox was the most disappointing and did not come close to comparison between the two. These speakers at their max volume do not blow your socks off compared to the slightly larger travel speakers (like the JBL Flip 4, Ultimate Ears Wonderboom and Bose Mini). For the price, the JBL Clip is pretty comparable to the Bose Micro (which is a terrible speaker for its price - $100).
