Disappointed
Loved the spider plant, but soil was completely dried out, even after taking lot of good care, plant didn't survive.

Non healthy - all drooping leaves and many yellow leaves
O had ordered two spider plants - one of them did not come in good shape . It was already yellow and in dying condition. I repotted the plant immediately in a bigger pot to make it live and added vermicompost to save it . But in no luck . I am uploading the present picture of the plant where it is dying already .The other plant is in okayish condition . Jot very healthy , but it’s fighting . Attached for referenceWith both the plant i believe the plants weren’t healthy - both of them had many yellow and all dropping leaves .I would request the brand to ensure while you are sending please send a healthy plant . A plant lover like me likes to see healthy plant and nourish it . If the plant is already is a bad shape it is very difficult to reverse the process however skilled and patience one is .Spider plant is one of the plants which doesn’t die on you . So if it is - then the vendor is at fault.

Excellent packaging and delivery
Ugaoo is now my favorite for plants. Excellent packaging with the plant looking fresh on unpacking. I have ordered 4 plants so far and they're growing well except for this spider plant.Could Ugaoo please send a leaflet with instructions for care ? I over watered my spider plant and the leaves gave fallen off.No fault of Ugaoo. The plant was healthy when I got it.

It's very difficult to have a safe deliver of such delicate plant
I'm amazed to have safe n healthy delivery of such delicate plant, thanks to ugaoo they take great care and spend more on packaging of the plant.The plant is also in a sufficient quantity and very clean polished spotless n good health.It's very delicate but a beautiful plant.You are not buying a object but live plant it's worth buying from UGAOO.

Price Factor & Image
Product was not worth as per the cost. Every customer choose Amazon in order to get products in reasonable price compare to the local market whereas for this particular product price is very much expensive based on the size of the plant and same plant size available in the local market in a better cheaper price. Product image doesn't match with the actual product received and plant is almost dead. Not happy with this product !!

Worst quality
The plant is almost dying and it is been a month only ...as said no repotting done no fertilizer nothing ..but it did not survive
