Effective pain relief!
I find these patches effective for pain relief for 6 or more hours. I use a medical adhesive tape to keep them on as I wear them overnight where tossing and turning will cause them to come off without tape. They do not have much of an odor. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is I prefer patches with menthol, camphor and capsaicin - love the heat, but that's only personal preference. I find these far superior to the lydocaine patches and balms I've tried, which did absolutely nothing to relieve my pain.

They are amazing
I use these all the time. I only wish that they would make them in a roll about an inch wide so you could measure out the length that you need. That would be great for wrapping around your wrist or whatever joint that hurts
