Good Product, but not a seamless install
I really like this four motor NX running board system. It is well built and works great. However, the Instructions need to be clearer. It would be very helpful if the manufacture were to make a complete Youtube video for this application. The Sensors (1A,1B, 2A, 2b) locations are not indicated, I had to go by trial and error to find correct locations. Also, I had to reverse the power wires for two of the four motors to get to work properly (one of the running boards extended when the door was closed, and retracted when the door was opened).

They worked fine for a while
The install is fairly easy, anyone with basic mechanical skils can install, they are noisy, clanking and making noises when deploying and retracting, now one side won’t work, don’t expect much help from customer service, they don’t say a lot or give you any advice. They said they are sending extra sensors maybe that’s my problem. Will update when I receive the new sensors. Boards are about 8 or 8 months old

Not worth spending you hard earned money
In a period of 5 months they have stopped working 4 times. Company sends replacements but still they stop working. Company won't accept a return buy cause I bought them on Amazon. All the products my truck have are bestop but will not buy anymore

Poor customer service from manufacturer.
The kit was great, but I’ve had a faulty sensor from day 1 after install. I’ve been fighting with Bestop customer service for 6 weeks to get my system fixed.

Looks and works great
I would have given bestop a 5 star rating but I had a problem with 1 of my motors. Bestop was quick to resolve the issue and I got the new motor in 3 days. Swapped it out and it’s been great ever sense. I’ve have been running them now for 6 months and no more issues. Don’t hesitate to pick these up. Looks and works great!

Good quality
Was easy to install wiring and boards, little tough to get the sensors just right on doors.

Stopped working
Stopped working after a few months. Since it's wireless, it's hard to diagnose if it's a Bluetooth issue, and sensor issue, or something else.The step looks nice when closed and it's sturdy when open. The grip surface is great. Wish there was a wired option that is more reliable.

Awesome
A two and a half hour project by my self. These are awesome and work perfectly. I would recommend these to anyone. Had a problem with one door and customer service was awesome and my problem is fixed
