These are fantastic. If you get redness/rash or tingling, that's normal. That's Beta alanine content which is pretty high. It takes a few days to get used to it, so don't panic. Maybe start with half the bottle to see how you react but after a while you won't flush at all. These are potent, very acidic and don't particularly taste great but they work and give you energy you need at the gym. No noticable crash, other than being drained from the gym and no other side effects like an upset stomach etc. Happy with the product. Quite expensive, but convenient also. I take one 15-20 mins before gym.

Perfect for beginners to be honest as it the first time I have tried pre workout. I will try different flavours next time, found pineapple too sweet.It gives a proper kick for workout and pins and needles in the body, which goes away within no timeRecommend

I find these very effective for morning workouts. The pineapple flavour is very pleasant and perhaps second only to the kiwi flavour for me in terms of preference. Very effective energy boost, recommended.
