I will try to be as honest as possible because I depend on other people's reviews and feel I want to help the best I can: Item arrived just as described. This appears to be a well-made and quality item. I love the realistic paint. No damage seen because it arrives not only inside it's own (thin) cardboard box, but the Turtle is hidden inside a Styrofoam "Cake" cut out specifically to fit it. It looks awesome in my landscaping design. Only time will tell how long before that hot sun starts fading the paint, but that is a part of what happens to everything if it sits in the sun year round.
