When you down to just one banana, you have to lay it on the counter (or I guess eat the last two together). But when you have more than one, this little guy holds them hanging in the air really well. I think it's a beautiful design! I don't think I'd pay any more for it than it's priced at now, but for what it costs it's nice. (I think it really is better for storing bananas to have them hang, and this is a good way to do that. It looks good, it works well, and has a fun silliness that is nice in the kitchen.)If you have something like keys or anything else you want to hang off a shelf or table, it would work for that, too.(On a pedantic note, that is clearly an ape, not a monkey. Apes and humans have internal tails; monkeys and other primates have external tails. The description should indicate that it's ape-shaped, not monkey shaped.)

I stumbled upon this unique banana holder. I immediately had to buy it. I had recently learned the benefits of hanging your bananas extending shelf life and this just made it fun to add to my kitchen. Nicely designed and sturdy. You can't wrong buying this product.

Lesser quality than I expected. It's very thin and cuts into the banana bunches but it is so very cute. We get lots of compliments.

Wonderful product, such fun design. Unfortunately it lasted me only two years. I used it for for bananas exclusively, and now the hand that holds the bananas is peeling and rusting.

Love it, it's adorable! It hangs very well and doesn't fall off the shelf.

It looks awesome. And is heavy duty can definitely support weight. Although I wish there was a way to hang this more securely. It just hangs off and can easily be knocked off a shelf.

It keeps falling, dissapointed 😔
