Ideal for Quick and Durable Wood Repairs
I recently used Gorilla All Purpose Wood Filler to fix a few gouges and cracks on a wooden table, and I’m very impressed with the results. The 16-ounce tub offers a good amount of product, and the natural color blends well with the wood, leaving a smooth and seamless finish. The formula is incredibly easy to spread, and I appreciated how quickly it dried. For smaller cracks, it only took about an hour to dry to the touch, and for deeper holes, I let it dry for a couple of hours before sanding. The sandability is fantastic—using a medium grit sandpaper gave me a smooth, flawless surface to paint and stain. After finishing, the repairs looked professional, like nothing had ever been damaged. What I love about this filler is its shrink and crack resistance. It didn’t shrink back after drying, and it didn’t develop any cracks, which is important for long-lasting repairs. I also found it very convenient that it’s water-resistant, so I can confidently use it for both interior and exterior projects. However, I did ensure that I coated it with exterior paint for outdoor use, as recommended. The tight-lock container is a nice touch, keeping the filler fresh for later use. It’s also very easy to clean up—tools and hands wash off easily with soap and water before the filler fully dries.Overall, I’m highly satisfied with the Gorilla All Purpose Wood Filler. Whether you need it for quick DIY fixes or larger projects, it’s a reliable and durable solution that delivers professional results. I’ll definitely keep this product in my toolbox for future repairs!

Gorilla wood filler
Another great product from the Gorilla team. It’s Easy to use. Just make sure that it is stored in a warm place (not in an outdoor shed) it will have to acclimate in order to apply. Works great and once it’s dried it’s easy to sand. Once dried completely painting is no problem. I used it to fill in holes on some plywood and it worked great. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great product
Dries a little too fast and doesn't stain very well. But, it is a solid bond that doesn't chip or peel.

"Strong, Smooth, and Reliable – Perfect for Wood Repairs!"
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ "Reliable, Easy to Use, and Tough as Nails!"This Gorilla wood filler is an absolute winner for both indoor and outdoor projects. The natural finish blends seamlessly with most wood tones, making repairs practically invisible after sanding and staining. It spreads smoothly, dries quickly, and doesn’t shrink or crack, which is a huge plus.I also appreciate its water resistance—it holds up well in damp environments, making it perfect for outdoor fixes. Whether you’re filling small nail holes or tackling larger repairs, this filler handles it all with ease. Definitely a go-to product for any woodworking project. Highly recommend!

Great wood putty
It comes as a relatively dry, grainy/sandy consistency. Add water if it’s too dry. Kneading will make it more smooth. It takes a little more work to form what you need and blow off the extra sandy flakes, but it dried to a very hard wood in 24hrs and sands well. I did multiple layers to form some areas that were lost from this frame. Pics are prior to sanding. It’s a great, although different, wood putty. The thing I like most is that it doesn’t crack with drying!!! Winner!!! And no smell that I noticed

Works very well
Upon first opening the carton I said to myself this stuff ain’t gonna work. Man was I wrong! I used the whole carton and ordered two more to finish the project. Couldn’t spread it with any putty knives so I wore nitrile gloves then smeared and spread it by hand leaving it a little high then sanded flush. No smell that I noticed, sanded well, accepted primer easily as wood and although it has been only a week it seems as durable as anyone could possibly want. I would definitely recommend it

Came very fluffy like a sponge…very dry and it won’t spread.
While I like Gorilla glue quality, this filler came very fluffy like a sponge. Kneaded with a putty knife and the contents settled down to less then half a box. It is very dry and crumbling when trying to apply. I could probably add water to it to make it spread. There is no mention in instructions to add water and I don’t know what the chemistry is in it. It should work straight out of box and I don’t want to experiment for exterior wood.Going to Home Depot for Plastic Wood or Zar…

Give it time
Had a friends dog over that decided to chew some trim on the edge of one of my doors. I debated replacing the trim or repairing, ultimately deciding to try and repair first. I bought this for the project. I cleaned up the area by removing all loose material. When I first started adding this product, I was disappointed. It wasn't as "sticky" as I hoped and it seemed dry as others have mentioned. I ended up applying more than I needed, expected to sand it down later. After applied I was worried it wasn't going to stick and all chip out as soon as I started sanding. I gave it overnight. The next day I was very surprised and impressed. This is as close to "real" wood as I have seen. Some magic happened during the drying process. It was very had and adhered extremely well. I was able to both sand and sort of sculpt / chisel / scrap to match the shape of the original trim. I ended up adding some additional material and it bonded much better to the original dried layer of it's own material. I'm handy but no pro and felt this was perfect for the job. Just painted my first coat over it and it seems to be exactly what I needed. The repair is unnoticeable unless you get very close. I can imagine it's only easier / better for small jobs and patching smaller holes.
