L'Oréal Paris Excellence Cool Crème Permanent Hair Dye, Radiant At-Home Hair Colour with up to 100% Grey Coverage, Pro-Keratin, Up to 8 Weeks of Colour, Colour: 6.11 Ultra Ash Dark Blond

I wanted a more natural looking light brown hair colour as that is what I am naturally but with increasing "baby blonde" hairs popping through ( in other words, the hairs of the wise lol) I need to colour my hair nowadays. I've been using level 6 colours for a while from the same brand and occasionally trying others but none gave me my desired result. I like my light brown to look natural with not too much warmth (I have some natural warmth so like to tone that down). I've tried other light browns/dark blondes with ashy undertones but none of them gave me a result like this colour. This colour is perfect in every way, it's given me a very natural light brown with no warm tones at all. It's cancelled out the warmth I had in my hair naturally which is exactly what I wanted. And it's covered those pesky unwanted, dare I say it, wise hairs. I can honestly say it matches the colour on the box perfectly. I found it easy to apply as its not as messy as most as the formula is thicker so doesn't drip everywhere. The smell is not overwhelming so more pleasant than most and doesn't linger after washing. The shampoo and conditioner that come with the hair dye are gorgeous and left my hair soft, shiney and feeling nourished. My natural wave pattern improved after using this product. I have long, fine hair but also quite a lot of it. You will definitely need 2 boxes if to have mid to long hair but you may find you only use part of the 2nd mix. I can't comment on how long the colour lasts because I only applied it 3 days ago. Most permanent hair dyes are fading from my hair by around week 3 after colouring and by week 4 I usually have noticeable regrowth so need to reapply. So we shall she how this one lasts but I will definitely be buying it again anyway as I just love the colour 👌

I am pleased with the result. The instructions are easy to follow.I have been colouring my hair myself for many years with intermittent phases of using the hairdresser.The recent (prior to this) results from using the usual supermarket boxed, blonde colour sets have been disappointing & I was reluctantly toying with the idea of going to the hairdressers to get my sad, dull blonde, mousey hair colour "fixed". - a daunting proposition at this time of year when extra pennies have to be spent on heating our homes & cost of living has gone through the ceiling! An £80 - £100 hairdressing bill is out of the question. 😔THANK GOODNESS FOR AMAZON!I really couldn't get my head round why the blonde colours had stopped working; no matter what brand I used, the colour result was awful.I browsed on Amazon for a miracle colour to appear & found EXCELLENCE, worthy of its name!The resulting colour ,(10) is exactly as described with no colour variation at the roots.So, ladies & gentlemen, I can recommend this boxed hair colour set, which is now listed on my SUBSCRIBE & SAVE arrangement. 😁

I loved the old Excellence 6.11 but the new one is just phenomenal. On my naturally dark blond and grey hair it is exactly the shade from the cover - a cool and sophisticated shade between dark ash blond and ash brown. It covers grey hair completely (left it on for 40 minutes) and leaves hair both soft and shiny. I hope they stick to this formula both in quality and colour. My hairstylist was impressed as he used to he find it difficult to get the dark ash blonde tones that covered grey hair without turning brassy. Well done L'Oreal!

I really like the colour and I applied it as instructions inside but it was patchy, my hair did feel really soft but colour faded a lot after a few washes.. not 100% grey coverage either.. shame

This is the first hair dye I’ve used that has actually covered my greys! I put on my roots/stubborn grey areas for 10 minutes then the rest of my hair for another 10-15 mins. Shampoo and conditioner it comes with has made my hair so soft too.

I bought it several times and all the plastic bottles with the color cream are defective. The product is intended for sale in Russia (only written in Russian letters on the bottle, everything else is for sale in England) and it does not contract to squeeze out the cream again and again. It is just some kind of torture to apply the cream to your hair. The same company makes products of different quality, as if women are somehow different from each other. It is very shameful. The seller buys low-quality goods cheaply and sells them on Amazon only at a price that corresponds to English prices. You will not see this in stores! It is absolutely impossible to use!! Buy it in a better store - the price is the same
