The American Eagle: The Ascent of Bob Crandall and American Airlines

This was a pretty good of the American Airlines of the 1990's. It's obviously dated, but also a little too obsessed with the executive suite of the airline, and glosses over the AAdvantage frequent flyer program that could of used a better fleshing out.
