Very easy to put together, came with a couple of spare pieces, a pair of gloves to build it with and a mallet and a small set of gardening tools which are surprisingly useful! At first I was worried it would look too dark or "boxy" but it fits perfectly in the space and it is super sturdy and very pretty. The wide slats allow a lot of light to flow between the shelves and my plants absolutely love it. The unit itself it lightweight (when it's empty) and very versatile. The way it's put together means if I bought more I could put them together and have one big unit (I would imagine in this case you would have to connect it to the wall for sturdiness). I honestly absolutely love it and can't recommend enough!

Comes with gloves and a rubber mallet, who'd have thought? You'll need the gloves as there's the odd minor splinter (not a complaint, it's bare wood) and the scorched wood obviously will rub off on your hand.Quite sturdy when put together. You might want a separate wall fastening if you're putting heavy objects at top, it doesn't come with one, or if you have children prone to climbing or pulling on things. It's not a heavy structure so will be only as sturdy and safe as you are.The shelves have narrow slats, about 2cm wide, with larger gaps, maybe 3cm, so not good for small vases. The wood and fixings are strong and easily support, what I'd call, regular size house plant pots.I'm reasonably pleased with it. I bought the 12 shelf version and despite the number of pieces it was easy to put together and has easy to follow instructions.

This was the easiest flat pack ever to assemble.Lovely little mallet, gloves and hoe, spade and trowel included, delightful!Excellent quality, workmanship and value for money.

Easy enough to assemble, just take your time - instructions quite clear, and all necessary tools included. I like the 'no screws' idea. Actually stronger than it looks. Would have given it 5 stars if it had included 8 square plastic plugs to fill the open hole in each of the top brackets visible when unit assembled.It is perfect to display our collection of Harrod's annual Teddy-bears. (Will buy another, if our Teddys domanage to breed)ps. It would be nice if a white (indoors only) version was also available.

This stand is exactly what I needed. It's tall and tidy, and easy to put together. Perfect for living room window for plants or to use as a normal shelf for trinkets and books.

Needs to be assembled but once you get going it’s fine, clever idea how it fits together and very sturdy. Got some heavy plants on mine and its solid. Definitely worth the money!

Nice size, easy to assemble, looks good. I would normally build this kind of thing myself out of wood, but I couldn't build it for this kind of money. Recommended.

This had HELLLAAA pieces to assemble and I immediately was overcame with anxiety and I also realized why this shelf was so cheap lol, but once you get into it , it’s pretty easy. It did take maybe like an hour or so but I was taking my time. You do have to tap the pieces together with a hammer.Please note that I did change the design on mine because I did not want the “raising the bar” look and more of a “triangle/pyramid” look so that’s why mine looks different than the photos but it was intentional.Pros:Cheap, lightweight yet sturdy, stylish, freedom to change look/design of shelf when assembled, comes with a cute little hammer and little garden tools. No screws or bolts needed.Cons:Instructions can seem confusing to some, takes elbow grease, patience and time to assemble. The hammer included is very flimsy so I did not use it to bang the pieces into place, so just added to my toolbox for other crafts. You do need to give a pretty decent blow to tap the brackets into place. Doesn’t appear to be weather proof.The fact that you have to assemble many small components should bring the price down. All in all, I am happy with my purchase. I paid $40 , but I’m going to keep my eye peeled for a Amazon deal on this cus I think it’s really worth like $25 based off materials and assembly needed. I would consider buying this product again but at a lower price if I run out of shelf space for my plants. If you want to put it outside you can always get a can of weatherproof rustollium clear coat.
