This is easy to use and clean
This turkey truss is easy to use and eliminates the tedious job of tying the wings and legs together to keep moisture in the turkey. Cleanup is simple. We will be gifting these to family members before the next Thanksgiving turkey-fest. Meanwhile, we enjoy cooking turkeys more frequently and having lots of leftovers to freeze (along with stuffing) for future quick meals.
