Great bit of kit

Nice addition. Much cleaner than solid fuels and smoke free with a decent flame. Did not have any problems with the ignition, you just need to be careful you do not bang the spark electrode when fitting the burner. The oven got up to temperature in about 20 minutes. I fitted this to the Karu 2 which allows you to close the door when using the burner. Happy with the purchase. Buying the Propane tank was almost the same cost by the time you have entered the hire agreement and paid for your gas. Also it is not that easy to obtain a new bottle as most retailers like garages don't sell new bottles and will only exchange for an empty unit.

Highly recommend, allows us to make amazing pizzas using gas. Super quick and easy to use. Worth the money.

Purchased this to convert our UUNI Pro from wood to gas. The packaging, product and accessories to help you install were all there and easy to follow. Quality product.

As others say, the ignitor is so unreliable, but it comes with a back up telescopic probe to light with a match. Not as good as the pellets but so much easier.

Works as expected

Bought this burner to convert my wood pellet Dellonda pizza oven to gas, with a custom designed bracket I designed and had fabricated. Worked flawlessly. Update: I’m now on my THIRD burner, with the piezo ignitor failing on the previous two, simply would not ignite the gas, had to resort to matches, far from ideal. Hopefully won’t need a fourth!!

Super accessoire au four Karu 16! permet de faire fonctionner son four dans le garage, avec la porte ouverte, bien sûr! Chauffe parfaitement bien! attention de baisser le feu lorsque qu'on enfourne les pizzas! Mise en température en 20min, à 425°C env. Défauts: hyper cher, pour ce que c'est! L'allumeur Piezo fonctionne mal, à cause de son installation trop proche du métal de l'apareil! J'ai dû le modifier pour un bon fonctionnement (ouverture de la fenêtre de passage de l'électrode).
