Not sure about the actual caffeine content, I have taken 2 capsules and this could not stop my late morning yawing2. Horrible taste after you swallow it.3. Gave me a very bad gastric upset, even taking it with meal. I had to take gaviscon to reduced acidity. I have taken the pills twice and both times safe effect.Apparently, you cannot return this product. Hence, I am stuck with an almost full box.
