I decided to go no poo and BS/ACV was too damaging. I had been using this with acv and it was ok. I decided no poo wasnt for me and used some (big brand) shampoo and my poor scalp felt like i had been skinned. I used this the next night (i never wash two days in a row) and it made my hair and scalp look and feel so much better. I'll be using this as my only soap for forever.It smells like curry with cumin mixed in, but my head doesnt. I like to add rosemary or clove or cinnimon.Not straining it doesnt turn out too bad, but you'll want to strain.I havent tried it for laundry.
