Not recommended, I bought this for my wife, she kept complaining about it. I took it from her and made it my own. Sadly she was right , the Bluetooth keeps breaking up if you use the headset without the USB dongle. Using the dongle also cause some sound break up when the battery start getting low. Overall bad experience.

If you are looking for a head with a mic that picks every single voice and sound around you in the room then you have to buy this one !!!!!Horrible mic noise cancellation! I am really shocked about the advertisement that the mic cancels the noise around you and picks only your voice, this is not at all true after months of using it. DO NOY BUY !!

What the customer hears is extremely important, we have a company and often on the phone, in relation to the other headsets we have, this is the far the best microphone sound, nice bass. Very happy with the Anker H700.

I was surprised with the noise cancellation feature, I honestly believed that every headset on the planet can only reduce noise to a certain extent. This was able to handle my crying toddler at the back (4ft away). I also like the feature that mutes my microphone if I put the mic up and plays back my music from youtube as soon as I put it back on the dock. YES its great right? After the call my music is back.

Ich persönlich finde das Headset sehr gut, sogar das beste was ich je hatte. Die Verarbeitung und das Design ist wirklich TOP.Die Einrichtung verlief problemlos - Anbindung per Dongle oder Bluetooth bzw. sogar beides möglich. Habe auf Arbeit den Dongle im Telefon (wird als Headset erkannt) und zudem mit dem PC per Bluetooth verbunden. Adapter sind sogar auch dabei, falls USB-C erforderlich sein sollte.Das Tragegefühl ist zuerst ein bisschen ungewohnt, sitzt aber sehr gut und finde ich auch nicht zu schwer. Es ist sogar am oberen Bügel gepolstert.Die Tonqualität finde ich sehr gut. Ich bekomm fast nichts von der Umgebung mit, wenn ich in einer Telefonkonferenz bin.Rundum zufrieden mit dem Headset! Nachtrag wird nach einer längeren Nutzung folgen.

******* Update after 2 months *******I use these for several hours per day. Sometimes around 5 or so straight hours.Connection is pure Bluetooth.Mainly with Teams and streaming music. I have not got any negative feedback on voice quality, nor experienced negative audio quality.Battery life is great.Once in a while the headset disconnects from the PC Bluetooth. I just restart the headset and all good again. When it does disconnect, PC routes my Teams call to the PC speaker and mic. Not sure if this is a headset or PC issue. Either way, can live with this odd issue (once per week), and still love the headset.******* Update a week or so later *****Anker support was just amazing. A replacement Was sent over, and it works much better.It will be a shame to return them. I am just on my first day of testing, so will update this at the end of the week.******* Original Review *******I came from a trucker headset (can find them on Amazon). AM sound, but worked well for 2 years. Then I found a dent in my head, and also there was no mute function on it so I was looking for something with a mute function and hope no dent in the head. :)I was looking for: Bluetooth headset boom mic nice soundInitial thoughts- great looking- desk charger is also a great place to hold it- comfortable- great feel- great sound.- great to be able to pause music by removing headset. I tested this on youtube and spotify, and works well. Takes about 2 or so seconds to pause and unpause- works great with the dongle on the PC, or the dongle on a PS4.- Did not get any complaints from people on how I sounded on Teams calls. Only feedback was that it was odd to not hear any background noise. So changed it to transperacy mode, and was told that it was more natural.Initially I am happy, so far.Now for what is not so good- Bluetooth with PC was choppy when I tried it. I have experienced the music "skip/pause" a bit here and there. Never had Bluetooth issues with other headset or earbuds on the same PC via Bluetooth. So I assume a headset issue, and can only hope that it will get fixed with a later firmware update. So will just use dongle. So if you will use this on a PC, ensure that you have a free USB port. If you do not have the free port, skip on this headset.Here is a scenario that I was able to reproduce- PC connected via dongle. Phone connected with Bluetooth Music streaming from Spotify on the phone. Sound is great, good song. I am happy. Made a Teams call. Person not there so I hung up Music did not come back to headset. On phone music is still steaming via Bluetooth. Not happy anymore. Sometimes when I do this test, I get random bursts from the song (like a second or so). Unplug and re-plug dongle, music resumed and streamed well. Also a power cycle of the headset works So obviously there are issues with the 2 connected devices feature at this timeJust had an odd one. Was in the middle of a Skype call, and it just cut out. This is with using the dongle. Had to power cycle.Headset firmware was up to date 02.08Dongle firmware was up to date 1.5.8So far, it is not even noon, and looks like these will most likely be sent back.The $48 trucker headset was so much more stable, but missing the mute.
