I didn’t notice an improvement with my knee but there was immediate relief in my hands.

I am a "non-believer" in miracle cures, organic non-sense, holistic remedies and "snake oil" in general. (BS, MS, DMD & 2 residencies). A fellow runner told me to try this during 10 k race for sore foot ("Morton's neuroma"). In about 90 seconds the pain subsided. I was stunned how well it works. It only lasted an hour or two. Other reviews have complained of the odor/scent. I did not notice any scent. It may not work for you but give it a try. It is inexpensive enough that you can toss it out it if doesn't work. P.S. Consider trying wider shoes if you are diagnosed with Morton's neuroma.

This item was very helpful. I could not move or bend my knee before using this product.

Did not relieve paib

Been using this product for several years. It was difficult to find at CVS. The inflammation brings down the swelling. Amazon carries this product and the price is right.
