The size of the product you can tell are mainly for tall people (I’m 5’6) so I find myself having to fold the bottom which isn’t so much of a problem I’d say as you hardly notice it, as far as it slimming down your body I don’t really see much of a difference belly wise but definitely do see it chest wise (which I was most concerned about) it’s a solid 10/10 and has given me more confidence wearing t shirts freely outside as well as it does improve your posture as I’ve noticed myself now being able to walk upright and not constantly lookDown in fear of my chest being super noticeable overall this product deserves a 4/5 minus 1 for the sizing being too long if your a short guy but if you can get past that than I do recommend this product it has given me a big confidence boost and I’m sure will give you one too
