DIRECTIONS: For Cold Relief: Insert mask into clean, sealed bag and leave in the freezer for a maximum of 1-2 hours. DO NOT store in freezer. For Hot Relief: First microwave for 10 seconds. Check to make sure the temperature is suitable before applying to face. If required, reheat for 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached for comfortable application. Always test before placing entire mask on face. Overheating may cause damage or destroy this product. MAXIMUM HEATING TIME Please DO NOT heat for more than 40 seconds at one time. CAUTION: For adult use only. DO NOT apply for more than 20 minutes at a time, with 20 minute breaks between applications. DO NOT wear while sleeping. DO NOT apply on sensitive skin and/or on open wounds. Keep out reach of children and pets. DO NOT use if eye mask contents leak and/or wrap is damaged or torn. If eye mask contents come in contact with Your eyes, remove mask, rinse affected area with water and seek professional assistance immediately. Stop use and ask a doctor if pain worsens or persists for more than 7 days, or if you have any discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other changes in your skin. To Clean: Surface clean with a damp cloth or sponge. Handwash ONLY. Not Dishwasher Safe.
