Easy to Set Up, Fast Printing & Very Practical
I have been using this product for shipping labels. Setup was straightforward on both mobile and desktop, and the Bluetooth connection worked reliably with my phone as well as my computer. The printer produces clear, sharp labels with no smudging or fading, and because it’s thermal there’s no ink or toner to worry about. It works well with common courier and marketplace labels. Printing is quick and quiet, which is ideal if you’re doing multiple orders at once. The build quality feels solid for the price point, and the compact size means it doesn’t take up much desk space. In terms of value for money, it offers a lot of functionality compared to more expensive branded label printers, especially considering the wide device compatibility. Ideal for: Small businesses or home sellers Anyone regularly printing 4x6 or similar shipping labels Users who want wireless printing from phone or laptop People looking to avoid ongoing ink costs Less suitable for: Those needing colour printing High-volume warehouse or industrial use Overall, a very practical and cost-effective label printer that does exactly what it’s designed to do.

Great buy.
Bought for my husbands small business. Great quality and easy to use. Good value for money as it means he can use pre paid labels to give straight to the post.

Great for the price
I ordered this item to print shipping labels for Etsy as I was getting tired of having to cut out and sellotape labels to orders. I managed to set this up with very little stress, I downloaded the app on my Mac and it worked. It took a few attempts to work out which orientation to use as I tried to print one label, it looked okay on my screen and then printed stretched out so the QR code didn't work. One thing I did notice is you have to have one label length at the beginning of the labels for it to feed through. What I found is rather than tearing the labels off immediately after it's printed, just peel the label and leave the backing plastic on the roll. That way you don't waste a label every time. Another thing I've noticed is you can't leave the app open and then return to the app a few hours later to print something. It tends to drop the Bluetooth connection which can be quite annoying. Now I know it happens I just close the app down once I'm finished with it and then reopen it when I need it. The print quality is good enough for Royal Mail and Evri shipping labels, there is the option to change the density but I haven't worked out the best density yet. I've tried 6, 7 and 8 and couldn't see any difference between them. To answer some of the questions I had before I ordered but couldn't find: You do get a stack of labels with this printer to get you started, theyre not the best quality but they do the job. You do get the holder for the labels which supports the stacks of labels as well as the labels on a roll. The labels do not sit inside the printer so you need to have space behind where you are going to place the printer to allow for the labels You have to crop shipping labels down in the app as Royal Mail and Evri shipping labels typically download in an A4 size You can only print one label at a time from what I can see, you can't set a queue to print altogether I haven't been able to print via sending a document to the printer from my usual print settings using bluetooth, I have to use the app. If you connect this printer via the wire I believe you are able to print via the normal print queue. Overall I would say this is a good printer for printing shipping labels, it's easy enough to use.

Does the job very well
I bought this to use primarily for shipping labels and it does everything I need. A small sampler pack of labels is included. One slight slip-up is that the labels say to insert face-down whereas actually they need to be face-up. You can use fan-fold or roll labels for longer print jobs, do bear in mind there is no label-holder included so you'll either need a bit of desk/table space to lay everything out or to purchase an accessory for this purpose. You can also just feed single labels if you're only printing a small job. The Jadens app pairs easily with the printer and lets you crop, resize, and select part of a document to print. If your document is in another app such as your emails, you can simply use the Share function to pass it to the Jadens app for printing. I did this on my iPhone and it really couldn't have been simpler. You can use any generic labels for this printer so whilst it does have a higher upfront cost than some other brands, the labels themselves cost pennies. One caveat: If you're a Mac user you can only connect the device by USB cable (included, as well as USB-C adapter) and you need to download drivers online. As the software was not security-signed by Apple I needed to use terminal commands to unlock them for use. If you're not confident with this, stick to using it with your phone or tablet via Bluetooth.

Stopped working after about 10 labels
I was recommended this brand from a small business so had hopes it would be good. It started great but very quickly went downhill. The first print was great, no issues. The second time using it my computer said it was offline. I turned it off and on again and it immediately printed out my 4 labels but then kept feeding through the labels. I had to turn it off to get it to stop. Third time using it the same thing happened. Fourth time it printed out a label as if the colours had been inverted (completely black with white writing) and it enlarged it (I have blurred out the address on the picture). It stopped about 3/4 of the way through printing and turned itself off! I have sent it back for a refund. The labels are good quality and very sticky. I had no issues connecting it to my macbook.

This seems like a solid printer. Setup was easy. Printed my first label in under 5 mins. Would have been quicker but the app wouldn't send me a verification code to log in. Logged in as guest and it literally took seconds. Connected immediately over Bluetooth. Labels self aligned perfectly. Print quality was good and fast. It's small enough to use on the go, just note that it plugs into the wall. Overall it has been well worth the price and I can easily recommend it. Side note: some review videos I watched showed the paper stand from the last photo as included but It did not come with it. Not worried as it doesn't say that it does and I planned to 3d print my own stand anyways.

After comparing multiple products in the same category went in for Jadens thermal shipping label printer. But it exceeded my expectations, the print quality is amazing and when I was struck in the installation I quickly sent a messege in whatsapp to the support team. Within couple of seconds I received the reply with the correct steps. Anybody can sell a product but the after sales support is very important. If you are looking to buy a shipping label thermal printer go for Jadens. They will not disappoint you.

Love this handy LABEL PRINTER so much. Easy to connect to my phone via Bluetooth. I used it to print my eBay shipping labels. I don't ship a whole bunch, just the occasion package here and there so I only load one sheet at a time. Pros: Easy set up No ink Great quality Compact (little bigger than the size of my hand) Includes 50 sticker sheets to get started Cons: none

Just grabbed this JADENS Bluetooth Thermal Shipping label printer and it's been a total game-changer for my online selling business! The thing is seriously SMALL—takes up barely any space on my desk and I can easily toss it in my bag when working from different locations. It's amazingly light too, which makes it perfect for my minimal setup. What really blows me away is how quickly it works—literally takes about 10 seconds from importing a shipping label to having it printed and ready to go! The Bluetooth connection is super reliable with zero lag or connection drops, and the print quality is crisp and professional every time. Setup was painless and the companion app is actually intuitive, unlike most printer software. I'm genuinely impressed that something this tiny and portable can perform so efficiently—it's eliminated the whole hassle of running to the post office or using my bulky office printer. If you're shipping products regularly, this little powerhouse is absolutely worth getting!
