The place I usually get this pancake mix closed so I was happy to see that I could get it on Amazon. Once you taste this pancake mix you will never go back to the plain pancake mix again it’s the best tasting mix I have ever had.

This is by far the best pancakes mix of all time! We initially had these at a resort and loved them so much. The chef told us what to get and that's all we have bought since. Too bad I cant just find it in a store where we live but this way I have plenty to use as gifts also. Everyone is excited to get our gifts. Total of 6 - 5lb bags. Just mix with water or milk. I have used half and half also for extra richness but it's so good with water you dont even need anything extra!

this is so yummy. I have had sweet cream pancakes at Black bear diner and this mix taste exactly the same. my family loves this m8x. I won't buy anything else. 5 stars all the way..

Looks like it is expired 4 months ago.The actual product is probably very good (haven't tried it yet) but this batch from this vendor came expired.Also, says this product is non-returnable.$75 for 6 five pound bags that are already expired.Not happy
