Great shooting glasses compliant with most range rules.
My range has very specific requirements for eyewear in the range and most closed frame glasses fogged up on me. These don’t and they meet the rules. They are comfortable and have reliable Oakley quality that I’ve come to expect.

They're Oakleys
I used these for a multi-day class that I took recently and they worked very well. Made me miss my old M-Frames. I used both the black and persimmon lenses due to varying light conditions and was very impressed with the persimmon lens. The anti-fog coating worked like a charm. My only complaint was after 3 days straight of wearing them, the sides of my head and my ears started to hurt a little from the earpieces. Very lightweight, but no padding. It's not bad enough that I won't keep using them, but a little padding would be nice. Otherwise, very awesome glasses.

Great frames!
I play sports with these frames to protect my eyes since I got lasik. The protection has been great and it's definitely comfortable. It's not really fog-proof but it's rarely an issue while playing.

When is $180 too much for plastic with an Oakley logo?
Of course, Oakley makes great stuff, but it doesn't come cheap. For $180 these ballistic glasses SHOULD be all-that and then some. The come in the traditional zipper clam shell Oakley case, along with both clear and grey ballistic lenses. These are ALL plastic -- including the frames, They wrap around your head snugly with no concerns about falling off. I bought two pair so I can always have a set of tinted or clear glasses at-the-ready. I've only run the clear so far at a couple of training sessions, and I can happily report that they are distortion-free and don't introduce any optical issues even at extreme angles. If you're a sweathog like I am, keep a microfiber lens cloth handy. The top rim contacts your forehead above your eyebrows, trapping all that sweaty heat (wearing a cap or ballistic helmet only exacerbates the problem), but there seems to be a relatively effective anti-fog coating on the inside of the lens, so while you might get sweat on them (what a pain) they won't fog-up on you and obscure your vision.I don't have enough time on them to comment about how scratch-resistant the plastic lenses are. That's probably my biggest concern, as I can be hard on my gear, and paying $360 for two sets of these Oakleys isn't something I want to repeat with any degree of frequency. Time will tell.

Typical Oakley Excellence
I've been wearing Oakley products since discovering them in Los Angeles in the mid-late 80's and have never looked back. Now that I am much older I still use them. I bought these for the firing range and they work flawlessly. Oakley is expensive but well worth the additional cost

Excellent eyewear
This kit provides great value and is Military spec. The kit comes with 3 lenses and a case. I added the Oakley Helo which is a ightweight and soft rubberized gasket is designed to fit snugly against the wearer’s head to help block wind and dust. For the price of the kit, Oakley should have included the Helo gasket.
