Very, very good; best flush bulb I have used over 60 years. The bulb is large,10-12 oz; more than enough for thorough cleansing. I use one full bulb of water 1st, then another to a final rinse. The bulb material appears to be a thick rubber that is easy to squeeze but not floppy. Ridges on the side help grip the bulb and the flat bottom make it easy to stand up. Just cupping the hand around the bulb orifice makes an easy fill from the shower head, then screw in the tip. The tip is a smooth 3/4" diameter and a flexible 5-1/2", but not too flexible. Very comfortable to use; a little soap on the tip helps with insertion . Cleans up nicely with soap and water rinse. The tip has 8 orifices in 4 grooves for the water to exit sideways; no forward tip opening. The tip screws into the bulb and does not leak when squeezed hard. The tip inserts into the bulb for storage, but you will want to leave it out to allow the inside of the bulb to dry, then store the tip in the bulb.After reviewing numerous douche/enema devices, I took a chance on this one with so few reviews; very glad I did. You will like it. The product is quality at a reasonable price, in other words, economical!

Works well. The tip is a little large... use a little lube (I use coconut or olive oil) and relax, and it will go in within 15 seconds or so.

It works as well as can be, except it tends to Leak When You Use It Even Though The Nozzle Is Screwed On Tightly!!!!

LOVE THIS! When I gotta get ready for my 9” top daddy to come wreck my guts, this is my go to! Super easy to clean, fits really well, travels well and it makes me feel like a fresh daisy at the sex parties!

This worked just as expected for a while, however after just 1 year the inside of the bulb seemed to deteriorate, and goey flakes of black rubber would come out.

Works well, you have to be careful not to let it suck water back out or inject any air, though.

Works well’ just very leaky. I like to do my cleaning on the toilet before hopping into the shower, the water leaks out of the joint where the nozzle and bulb meet making things messy.
