Pair of Angled Aluminum 5” 7 Louver Hood Panels (Bolt-On) Kit

Very good quality product and hardware. Has lowered my engine temp by 5-7 degrees on hot days. My truck is a 1954 military Dodge and the firewall, transmission tunnel and floor are cooler as well.

I like the size. Didn't want to cut the hood supports, these fit in area of the hood that would require the support to be cut, or block air flow. SS hardware is nice. I did not use the included nylock nuts. Installed riv-nuts. Also used some one sided close cell insulation tape to separate the aluminum from the steel hood, and compensate for the riv-nut flange. Ignore the color back in the picture, not much paint left on this 47 year old hood. If these were offered in a steel alloy I would have purchased those, to avoid dissimilar metal corrosion.

The vents worked great good quality product.

Great light weight and easy to install product for the price.Only thing I'd like different is smaller drill holes so that I could use pop rivets instead of nuts/ nuts to secure in place.

The ones I got didn't match the picture but worked ok. I was hoping to get the ones in the picture with the more curved look, but the ones I got are more diamond shaped rectangles.

This product does help with excessive heat build up under the hood. Dropped my temperature back to 190 at 70 outside. Now to see what happens at 96 outside.

these things are awesome way better gauge thicker gauge than I expected precision comes with screws stainless steel hardware they are awesome my problem is one of them I'm guessing and shipping was stepped on or something and it's flat and pitted tried my best going through here to request of return on one of them but the seller won't even answer me so because of that because I guess now I'm stuck with over $30 worth of flat material and I guess I have to buy a whole new set from somebody else because they won't match which is more more of my time which cost me money and yeah a whole lot more hassle so if they had less than a one star that's what I'd give him once again if it arrives to you intact it's great stuff but if something happens between the seller and you looks like you're on your own
