How can they insure that the touch-up crayons won't melt in transit on a hot summer day???

will it stain clothing if you use it on a desk drawer that you rub against?

Once it has been rubbed in and it's left to dry it will not get on your clothes. However with that said the experience I've had is it dries immediately. I've never had a problem with getting it out of my clothes at this present time.
