These are my favorite calcium chews. They are almost like a sweet treat with my high protein diet. Doesn’t leave an after taste. The chew is thick similar to like a hubba bubba gum but the texture is very soft. I was a bit scared the chews would get stuck in my teeth which is why I don’t like gummy candy but this one did not. I order the Cran Grape and it takes just like Ocean Spray cran grape juice which is a balance of tart and sweet. The chews help me reach my calcium goals. They do dissolve fast and you don’t spend all day chewing. The best option if you would like a supplement that is effective.
