Incredible gloss slickness and beading. Only rivaled by Griots Garage ceramic quick detailer. I am not disappointed with Adams. 1st package was damaged but that was not Adams or Amazons fault.

Really easy to use and puts a nice shine on the cars after a wash. It's not water based, so it kind of "cures" like a coating, but it doesn't last. A few washes and it is gone. I don't care, I like to use this after every wash. Great as a rinse aide as well.

This is the best detailing product I use. Easy to use for cleaning the car and truck, and the price is a just right. It smells great and seems to last a long time.

These pictures were taken after the fancy new graphene coating treatment maybe a month previous and I had been using the graphene detail spray between washes. I live in town with no gravel roads within at least 10 miles of my place and I park this beast in the garage every night. This product does smell really good, I'll give them that, but that's about the only good thing I can say about it and it would be misleading to add a star just for that. I grabbed these photos and contacted support more so based on the graphene coating initially and simply asked if dust to this extent was norma and whether they had any pointers. At the time I was happy with this detailing product cus it seemed it was the only thing working and keeping a shine. I offered up the fact that maybe I missed something in the process.. Their response was that my truck surely had been in a rainstorm and hadn't been washed in several weeks. They went on to recommend that I should purchase their graphene shampoo and "clear the slate". Those of you that have done the graphene treatment know what a commitment of time their graphene process is. More or less it's a weekend's worth of steps. Stripping, washing, clay, iron removal, buffing, application, etc etc. Not counting the time spent watching videos to learn the process if you don't already know. I'm not sure what type of reaction they were expecting with that response, but it didn't go over well. With their second response they backtracked (or clarified) that they didn't mean for me to start from scratch at the beginning. Just that I should buy their graphene shampoo and clean off all of the graphene detailing spray, because it contains silica and is only meant to be used between every other car wash. So there's part of the issue. This stuff shines it up nicely the day you apply, but shortly after that it starts sucking dirt up and whamo your vehicle looks like pig pen from Charlie Brown. I'm fully aware that black cars show dirt far more than other colors, but after having spent hundreds on their products (no exagerating) to that point on should rightfully expect a better outcome. They say the graphene coating can last up to 7 years. My experience and logic say differently. If dust can gather like this within months of the "7 year" treatment, then I have little faith in the longevity of their system. Lastly, since I'm still going back and forth with them to no resolve I recently looked up the date of the photo metadata. Then I searched the online almanac for each day's weather leading up to that day I took the pics. Lastly I searched my credit card for the last time I had washed my truck previous to those photos. The last rain was nine days previous and it was .04". My best guess, since it was awhile ago, is that those droplet spots in the photo were from spraying the detailing spray cus you can see i was in the process of wiping it down when I decided to grab a couple pics. It probably needed another wash in retrospect. i had washed my truck five days previous to those pics according to my CC search. I mentioned to them early on that I disliked taking the time and energy to write a bad review and was open to any remedy. I also offered up receipts for any of their products I had purchased here as oppose to their website. I've been a bit slow on each reply, but that was months ago. I would highly not recommend this product. If you're only interested in this specific product review as oppose to my whole experience using this product in conjunction with the graphene coating and dealing with CS you can move on with your day from here. Thanks for reading. Hopefully your experience will be different with whichever brand/product you decide. So having got a few answers in their second response to me that were left out of their first response in lieu of accusations of truck neglect. I basically just said they should have led with that instead and told them I was likely going to find a new brand rather than throw good money after bad in this case and take their advice to buy more of their products. I told them to close the ticket and was ready to move on... dissappointed. HOWEVER, thanks to their email spam regularly in my inbox I saw they have a product satisfaction guarantee. All your money back plus 10%. So having seen that and not having been offered any resolution to my issue I emailed them back last night and politely told them that I was open to take their advice on anything they'd recommend so that I may have an outcome that matched their claims even if it meant redoing the process. However I requested that I receive anything else they did recommend at no cost, because not only have I already spend hundreds on their products to this point I felt that was a better solution for both of us as oppose to them gving back all my money (which I doubt is how their poicy works), plus 10%, plus losing a future customer. I said if what they see in the pictures is the best they can do than I find that unacceptable and I'd prefer to start the process of a refund. I did my best to provide proof against their initial claims and included a link to the almanac website from which I looked up the weather history. I did throw in there that I preferred to find a resolution without much more back and forth and wasted time. Their response was quick this morning. "Thank you so much for your reply. I would love to work through the options and find the best solution. Let's discuss this over the phone. What is the best number to reach you at?" They most certainly have found their way outside of my circle of trust. As Gaylord once said... "Round and round we go Jack".
