Review “Curious Mr. Fish learns a lot on a vacation adventure, especially about life . . . Hanna has some fun with the illustrations. His sea creatures are wonderfully expressive, and the situations Mr. Fish finds himself in offer some chuckles . . . Fans will love it.” ―Kirkus Reviews“Fans of Diesen and Hanna’s well-loved character will be happy to see yet another outing for the goggle-eyed fish, his aquatic friends, and a warm message in a snappy refrain. but still fun. Not as good as the original or the ...
A decent addition to the series. The end is definitely more engaging than the build up, but still fun. Not as good as the original or the big big dark but my son kept asking for it as it’s on the back of another one in the series. It fits the criteria of a good bedtime book.

The original was the best
20 mo old is not interest. There wasn’t another repeatable chorus, that is not the right word for a story, but he likes repeating the “blub blub blub” part from the original and there was nothing like that in the other books.

Turned into her favorite book B4 our own vacay
I got this before we went on vacay w/ our 3 yo granddaughter . It was a wonderful way to talk about the upcoming trip. I think it helped to understand others go on vacay & there are many parts to a vacay. We also bought 2 other pout pout books & they too are getting to be her popular choice.

Great
My granddaughter, age 4, loves the Pout-Pout Fish series. Purchased this for her when she visited Grammie and Grandpa's house in Hawaii for the first time without her parents. Both her and her 6 year old brother loved the book.

Very cute. Fan of the pout-pout fish series
The pout-pout fish traveled far. He met some problems, but with the help of others and himself, he overcome and had a good time. Meaningful and hilarious story. You can see Deborah Diesen's signature in the picture

Great book!
Great book teaching kids how to deal with “roadblocks” in life is my interpretation. It was one as a parent I even enjoyed reading (and kids books can be hit and miss). This is a good one!

So cute!
We love the Pout Pout Fish series. My 3 year old thinks this one is really fun because of the adventures Pout Pout goes on. We highly reccomend it!

Great Kids Book
These books are a little wordy, but we love it as much as the original pout-pout fish. Great little story line filled with small lessons. Love these books for my toddler.
