Great deal in budget

Backlight Not Working, Left click getting clicked on its own.
Regrettably, my recent acquisition, my device, is tarnished by two major flaws. Firstly, a persistent cursor glitch disrupts tasks by selecting items spontaneously, despite attempted troubleshooting. Secondly, the advertised keyboard backlight fails to illuminate, compromising usability in low-light environments. These issues detract from the laptop's otherwise commendable features, like its sleek design and robust performance. Despite its potential, the ongoing cursor glitch and non-functional keyboard backlight diminish the overall user experience. Urgent attention from the manufacturer is necessary to rectify these shortcomings. Until resolved, recommending this laptop proves difficult, as its flaws significantly impede daily use and productivity.

Exceeded my expectations
Handled everything I threw at it pretty well (MS Office, Browsing with multiple tabs, YouTube in 4K). No stutters or unusually long loading times.

Impressive - computer
I required a new computer for my academic pursuits upon commencing my PHD, and this particular one has proven to be exceptional. It is ideal for individuals who are not technologically inclined, user-friendly, equipped with all essential features, and I must confess, it boasts an aesthetically pleasing and fashionable design. Its performance is outstanding, and I am thoroughly content with my acquisition. I wholeheartedly endorse it, particularly given its excellent value. Furthermore, it was promptly delivered within a short span of days and arrived securely packaged. Additionally, I purchased a computer case and mouse.

المنتح مجدد وليس جديد
استلمت المنتح ووجد جميع المواصفات المذكوره موجوده فعلا المنتح شكله الخارجى جميل كل شئ يعمل بشكل طبيعى الصوت جيد جدا والشاشه جيده ولكن لوحة المفاتيح ليس بها لغه عربيه. وايضا الابتوب يسخن من اسفل بعد خمس دقائق تشغيل وجسم اللابتوب الخارجى ضعيف للغايه حيث انه اذا سقط اللاب توب عن طريق الخطئ سوف ينتهى الامر فى الحال كنت سعيد جدا عند استلام لاب توب بهذه الامكانيات والشكل الرائع ولكن غير مضمون انه سيعمل بشكل دائم خصوصا انه بدون ضمان ايضا الكرتونه قديمه جدا. كل هذا جعلنى اشعر انه يوجد خطئ ما وجعلنى غير سعيد رغير قادر على ان اثق بان هذا الجهاز سيعمل وقت طويل هو يصلح للاعمال الخفيفة وليسه للعمل الشاق

Inaccurate web description
It's not intel quad core, it's only intel core. Also, the processor is only 1.2 GHz, instead of the 3.7 advertised. On top of that, the model is 2009 instead of 2022 as advertised. EXTREMELY disappointed as I really needed this laptop and I feel scammed.
