It's very easy to clean and food never sticks

The pan is excellant, but the lid was broken on shipment. I need the pan so I can not return it so I can get a differnet pot/lid shipped to me. Apparently the system is not set up to ship me just a lid, which means I just have to have to deal with it, but I still love the product. I guess I lwil just use aluminum foil.

I love this cookware. Nothing sticks, not even eggs. Enables low calorie cooking and eat clean-up. Also light weight. Although hand washing is recommended, it’s easy - cleans with just a swipe.

I love my eurocast,I'm buying just for ones I would use instead of the set.Way to expensive.

I Love this cookware. I have slowly been converting to Eurocast to take advantage of induction cooking. Excellent quality and uniform cooking with nothing sticking.

We purchased several pieces of this cookware and loved it at first but after around a year of use, this particular pan started to have issues with its coating. As you can see from the photos, much of the coating on the bottom of the pan is bubbled up. Some of the bubbles have “burst” revealing the unfinished bottom of the pan.This is a concern, because we aren’t fond of the idea that we may be eating some of the coating with our meals.I would love to give this a higher review, because it is supposed to have a guarantee (which is part of what one purchases when purchasing merchandise), and I understand that sometimes you just get a bad piece that needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, we also never received a replacement from the manufacturer despite promises in April that a replacement would be shipped within a few weeks. It is now November, and my subsequent efforts to follow up have gone without response from the manufacturer.Very disappointing, because we like the product, in general, but I do expect companies to make things right if the product is defective.

Works as advertised. Be sure to get owners manual and warranty from manufacturer's web site. Follow easy directions for initial and periodic seasoning. Cleans up with paper towel and occasional light wash in the sink. No dishwasher! Much slicker surface than Calphalon we replaced.

Love this Eurocast non-stick cookware! This pan is a little heavier, but has the capacity needed for larger recipes and preparations. Removable handle had a manufacturing defect, but the seller replaced quickly and at no charge. Very happy with this purchase!
