The size was perfect for my living room. The feel is amazing. It came perfectly packaged. The color is a beautiful ochre color. The quality is not thin or cheap…excellent quality. It will hold up in heavy traffic. Overall I was 1000% recommend. It’s very cozy and feels great under our feet.

I really like the texture of this rug as it is extremely soft. Even after a lot of use and people walking on the product has maintained its shape. It is a little hard to clean and not that heavy so does not grip the floor when hoovering so that is a little bit of a challenge. Would buy another in a different size.

I’ve ordered 2 rugs small and big 200x230 in silver. And now only the big one arrived.It looks shabby, like a shabby teddy bear and the colour silver does not look silver but more like white-grey. The seams on the sides look cheap and like they won’t hold long. The material it’s made from looks like one of those materials that get dirty quick and collect all sorts of little dust and bits particles, so it would be difficult cleaning it.As for the customer care: They refunded me for the small rug that never arrived very quick and apologised. But to be able to return the big 200x230 rug I have to travel to a parcel force drop off point, and in my in my city the drop off point is very far from me and I don’t drive, so you can imagine how difficult it will be for me to return… and to add to it, when you create the return it is only when you pressure them messaging a few times that they finally tell you how to send it back to them. anyways all I’m saying is be sure you really love this to purchase, because you wait for it for 2 weeks to arrive, then you get completely disappointed with the quality and then get a nightmare to deal with returning it.

The media could not be loaded.  Feels nice and soft. Very large and good value.Not very thick but still feels nice under feet.Time will tell how often I need to clean it with my pet dog, due to it being lighter colour than I expected.

Bought this for second room, it is lovely and soft, not heavy but not so light that it seems cheap. Sits on floor well and looks great, doesn't roll up at the edges and looks quite thick when down. Quite hard-wearing will give many years service.
