Bought this for a costume. I need the belly, but this cover can make it easy to "stuff" to make a belly shape much easier.

For tiny people
The elastic on this is very strong and not very giving. If you are not small sized, it may be a little tough trying to put it on. I cannot tell you if it rides up or anything, because I needed something that strapped around by back not over the shoulders, so I had to return it.
