This stuff really works. I am specifically referring to the intestines and the act of elimination. I won't go into the details, but all I can say is that taking three capsules per day has revolutionized my bowels. This tastes delicious! Sort of sweet and has vanilla notes. Really unique! Amazing health benefits for digestion. I take this along with Triphala. Really nice to mix in warm water and drink as a tea. I’ve purchased a lot from Banyan Botanicals over the years and I’m never let down. The quality of their herbs are seriously among the best of the best.
