Very good product well built easy to assemble and use.

Easy to assemble, easy to adjust, robust and work well with oiled coffee grain or hard grain if you don't need having it too fine.

Love the device and overall it is worth more stars BUT, on first use had to replace the split pin used on the moving plate, it failed when grinding corn meal, easy fix however, replaced it with a solid pin. Secondly it needs a mudguard, literally. There is no cover over the grinding plates and therefore stuff goes everywhere. Again an easy fix, but would be better with this. I cut the prototype from an old takeaway container and will be shortly improving this with a piece of a peach can. Make sure your surface is rock solid, there is a lot of torque involved, but this grinds very good meal.

Just got this today, was super excited but found out it was damaged.Not only is the top grain holder damaged and bent, it also does not fit properly onto the grinder (as seen in first picture)Hopefully I can make this workNot impressed

A while back I bought some seven grain breakfast cereal that was so chewy that it made me think they must have had horses in mind when they made it. I tried to grind it up in a blender but the oats turned to dust and the resulting porridge was about as appetizing as library paste. I bought this grain mill because it seemed like the right tool for the job. I couldn't be happier with the result. It's easy to control how finely it grinds. Turning it is not that hard a chore. The resulting cereal was delicious with a much better mouth feel. When you get yours you won't believe you can by something made out of so much metal this cheap. Highly recommended.
