I have a CPAP (one that just goes on my nose) and I use this stuff every night to make sure my nose is all clear. Works great, and for a really long time too. I don't seem to have any nasal congestion rebound from it either.

I’m SO grateful that I read some of the reviews for this and actually decided to try it. I get about a half dozen sinus infections every year. It’s miserable. The one I have now is particularly bad, there are literally no words to describe how congested I was. Trying to sleep was a nightmare, even heavyyyy on the NyQuil I would wake up every 30 minutes or so to drink water because my mouth had zero saliva, because after I would physically force (holding one side) some tiny tiny airway open, it wouldn’t last and I would be breathing through my mouth. My Neti pot came out my ears. My ears!! I tried every kind of Mucinex pill, plus all the other cold and flu meds. Antibiotics didn’t touch it. Usually milkshakes are my go-to sick food, but trying to eat and breathe through your mouth is not in the least bit enjoyable. I’ve used several different nasal sprays before, they usually help a little, but honestly not worth the sting or the drainage. So I ordered this along with a few other things out of pure desperation - but still didn’t use it immediately. I came back on here searching again and re-read these reviews. At this point I figured it literally couldn’t make it worse, so I tried it - after having to research how to open it (which was ridiculously & definitely unnecessarily difficult). But anyways, 10 seconds later, I’m breathing freely through BOTH nostrils. It lasts a pretty good while, too. I think it says 12 hrs, it was closer to 8, but still…. Oh, also, no burn or gross drainage. If you have to deal with any kind of congestion please don’t suffer as long as I did. Do yourself a favor and buy this IMMEDIATELY.

Very effective in decongesting your sinuses. Good value for your money. Easy to use especially with the two settings.Purchased 3 already. Would have given 5 stars but had an issue with the first one leaking when sprayed.

Works good cleaning out the sinuses

Amongst my Amazon purchases all time, this one probably took the shortest time for me to make a decision to write a review. I had to cause it surprisingly unexpectedly worked really well.This winter my nose was really congested for some reason. Not sure if it was the same from other winters in the past, but this winter it really bothered me and I was blowing my nose so frequently. And then I randomly remembered that there is this nose cleaning thing that I saw way back in the past and spent some time to search the right one in Amazon, hence got this. As soon as it was delivered, I used it to my left nostril for 3 times and to my right nostril for 2 times, and I could feel the difference right after I used it. It sounds like a spam advertisement but not sure how I can differently say it cause that's literally how it was to me.In terms of how using it though, I'm not very sure if I'm using it correctly. My initial understanding was that I splash this product into one of my nostril and then liquid has to come out of the other side. As I kept trying, I really couldn't get the liquid getting out from my other side of nostril and it was just coming out from the same side. Regardless, it still made my nose feel much less congested, and I can breathe. I can breathe much freely now. That's such a good thing.

This stuff is amazing, let me tell you!!! It decongest in 3.5 seconds… literally. And your nasal passage stays clear for hours. I will most definitely buy again.

THE GOOD: I Love your pump’s “SPRAY” feature rather than the “mist spray” pump that all similar products seem to have changed to with their pumps! KEEP YOUR SPRAY PUMP and don’t change it to a mist spray pump PLEASE! I also appreciate you keeping the menthol well stocked.THE BAD: IT took THREE different people to FINALLY get the outer CAP OFF!!! The directions definitely don’t work. I think one of us finally pumped down hard enough to break some inner seal to get it working? (You Tube nor Google were any help).SUGGESTION: PLEASE MAKE THE OUTER CAP “SIMPLE” TO REMOVE!I’m scared to buy it again as I have no one to help me remove the cap! And if you can’t use a product, why buy it?!PS: there were more complaints about that issue on Goggle too!THE GREATER GOOD: Keeping Your “Pump” vs “Mist” Sprayer, It’s Value, Quality of Spray (works 12 hrs.), it’s Ease of Use (minus the outer cap), and it’s sold within its expiration date ~ it lives up to your products’ brand quality.!❗️Now…if you will just make the outer cap an easy open/close turn and seal the entire bottle for safety we customers will sing your praises❗️!
