I first purchased this product to help with stiff knees and have taken the capsules for about 8 months now. A friend recommended them to me and said I need to take them for a year to notices any results. I have religiously taking them every day for 8 months and my kneed are not as bad, but difficult to know if it’s the collegian or the exercise. They claim to have other benefits as well such as skin and hair. I have not taken a lot of notices of my skin and hair, but my skin is no better,or worse since I started taken the capsules. However, I have noticed my hair growing quicker. I appear to go to the barbers more often. The quality of my hair has not improved and I don’t have thicker hair. The hair I have just appears to grow quicker, but hay, only taken them for 8 months so early days I suppose. I will continue to take them for a year and then review again. The two positive things I can report is, my knees feel ok and my hair is growing faster. Another possibility is, I had dental implants last year and when I returned for the follow up visit my dentist was surprised how well my implants had healed so quickly. I mentioned the collegian capsules and he said it was quite possible it was down to the collegian, but of course could not say for definite that it was the collegian so, that’s another positive. I would give them a try if your thinking about using them.

These are worth every penny, they are so good I am re ordering. Forget the rest and try these you won’t be disappointed.

I take only one a day as I take other multivitamins and supplements. I am at an age that these things are beneficial now and I have noticed a difference in my hair and skin, as well as stronger nails. They are quite expensive to take two or three a day.

Great price & to be a good quality tablet

It’s good for the system but to tak 4 capsule at a go makes it difficult for so the one month bottle is not finished whilst going to the third month since I bought it so please if you can review the dosage it will be better

Collagen high strength tablets really good

Since I started using the collagen about 3 weeks ago, I have noticed an appreciable improvement in the thickness of my hair and softness / suppleness of my skin. My nails are also looking much healthier. The capsules are easy to take and the number of capsules per dosage doesn’t really bother me either. I would definitely recommend this product.

I know you are here to read a review, and I am saying it is too early to comment on the product price; wise, it is okay, but don't let it fully you're taking twice as much of this tablet than you do others for the same results so please read the label look at the amount you need to take daily and consider the price, but as for if it were cannot there my verdict is old for now.
