Two mitts. They appear to be interchangeable in that you could wear either on either hand. Good product.

How to clean the boxing pads ?

1.Please wipe gently with a semi-dry cloth and then dry it in a dry and ventilated place.

Can I use these with bare knuckles for kickboxing class?

Extremely well padded! You should not have any problem using them for bare hands or feet!
